		<description>I was under the impression that Labor expected the 1996 loss, and spent their last months in office preparing for opposition, aiming to have a good tilt at a return after one term.

I also find the term &#039;economics expert&#039; sits awkwardly on Howard, following his efforts as Treasurer.</description>
